This is spacious suite with professionally-equipped workstations in the middle of the space, arranged cafeteria-style to elicit maximum collaboration between your employees. There are two long rows that allow your teams to divide themselves into two pods, and each desk has its own individual cubby.
There is a large conference room at the end of the suite with rolling TV/AV and whiteboard, as well as window views into Old Montreal. It's a spacious meeting space with a 14-seater conference table, but can host your whole company "townhall" style during large reporting meets.
There are also two smaller meeting rooms, that can double as breakout spaces, private call rooms or even private office spaces for some team members.
This fractional team suite also has many communal spaces, like a guest reception area that has soft-seating - where your team members can also lounge during the day. As well as an in-suite kitchenette that only your team can use for the day, equipped with unlimited coffee and filtered water.
Flexday Suite - 360 Notre Dame West is on the 5th floor of a historical building in the vibrant Old Montreal, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a quick walk from public squares and iconic places, like Montreal's Notre Dame Basilica, and a 4-minute walk from Victoria Square station. There are public parking lots around as well.
It's a fractional office with extended hours, so perfect if your team needs to stay later than 5pm.
