The room opens up to your in-suite kitchenette with dining area, separated from the whole workspace area and flooded by light coming from large windows. It's a cozy nook that allows your team to enjoy team lunches in, as well as unlimited Keurig coffee and filtered water.
The meeting rooms are tucked at the quiet end of the team suite, behind the workstations. There is a conference room that can seat eight, including a whiteboard and a rolling TV which you can connect to for presentations - perfect for those department meets, or reporting sessions.
There are two solo private call rooms which can double as individual offices or two person private meeting spaces. Your BD team can finally pummel through that call list all-day and participate in building culture with the rest of your teams.
Flexday Suite - 56 The Esplanade, Suite 200 is on the 2nd floor of a boutique office building in Toronto's downtown core, a 10-minute walk from Union Station (via TTC subway). It's situated in Toronto's Old Town district, on a street that is filled with charmingly preserved restaurants, pubs, and cafes, a 2-minute walk from the historic St. Lawrence Market. There is a public parking garage park nearby.
It's a fractional office with extended hours, so perfect if your team needs to stay later than 5pm.
